This private integration is operated by Apposite, LLC for its internal billing and accounting activities.
Information processed
When authorized, the service may process QuickBooks Online authorization information, company identity, accounting records, transaction details, and AWS billing information needed for Apposite’s bookkeeping and customer billing.
Use and disclosure
Information is used only to operate, verify, audit, and secure Apposite’s internal billing workflow. Apposite does not sell this information. Information may be transmitted to service providers required to operate the integration, including Intuit, Amazon Web Services, and the infrastructure hosting the service.
Security and retention
Access is restricted, credentials are not intentionally written to application logs, and authorization tokens are intended to be stored in encrypted form. Records are retained only as needed for accounting, audit, security, and legal obligations.
